Sensor cleaning fills a lot of people with a sense of dread, and whilst it is ok to do it yourself at home, a lot of people don’t want the risk of damaging their sensor so we offer a professional cleaning service to take the worry off your hands.
You can try it at home with a cleaning kit, and by being careful. By removing the lens and keeping the mirror up with a fully charged camera battery you have access to the sensor, it is a very delicate instrument so don’t apply much pressure, usually if the sensor breaks it means the camera is uneconomical to repair.
If you would like us to clean the sensor for you, contact us and we will be happy to clean it and remove all those annoying particles of dust and sand, and provide you with a good clean sensor once more.
Due to the sensitive and valuable nature of DSLR cameras we are not offering a postal service for this. However, if you are in the Yateley, Hampshire area you can visit by appointment and we will clean your sensor whilst you wait.
We offer one standard charge for sensor cleaning but if you have more than one camera to clean then there is a discount:
